The last blog session! :D

Imagen
My experience learning English at the university it's very dissapointment, because the classes are very boring, I mean, in my case I've learn everything again of my school classes, and I know some part of my classmate know nothing about English and the for them are important this classes, but for me are very lazy and boring. The importance of blogs are very important and I considered a good idea to improve in writing and set out ideas, but the themes of blog sessions are very boring and depresing (why people want to know if I would do a master or somethinglike that?). And well, to me it's a waste of time go to the university only for write a post and make comments. I think it's more effective to all of us have a single class during the week. Anyway, except of this last part the blogs are an exellent idea, keep going with that. Well, during all the blogs I've been wrote during all these semesters, my real problem with English are the writing times, in some ca

CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME :)

Imagen
If it were for me I would change EVERYTHING of this career, since the curriculum to the faculty facilities.  Film and TV's career it's so long and heavy because we share subject with other career like Journalism and this subjects are so boring and repetitive. four year of study the same topics in thats subjects. I know, there are a necesary subject, but not for four year and three hours class, thats absurd. Another thing is the subjects of Fim and TV's career, there are so good and interesting but with the subjects we share with Journalism they are left aside by the test and unnecesary works.  The workload it's heavy too, because filmming demand so many energy, not only mental but physical too, and it will be ok (because we are sutdying that) but  to that we must add the test and works of others subjects, like investigation works, CFG, and intership, all of this for a one week, and it's so tiring and frustrating. The length of this career it's simply abs

Summer Plans!!! Oh yeah!! :D

Imagen
My plans for this summer are 0 Really, in fact I don't know if I will have holidays this year, because the work on my thesis (sound desing) and the intership (because I'm behind of that) and do the job of illustration of I been working, so my summer this year is been enclosed in my room working in my computer. But, in other reality I always wanted to travel to all Europe and see all the museum and architecture of England or Spain, eat real italian food and seduce a Parisian girl, I would like to visit Austria and the Tuscany in Italy and see the Mediterranean.  See all of Europe with my partner or girlfriend, because this is one of the promise of the future, you know, like travel to the world like nomad, and conquer the world and all of that stuff of two young people in love (too cheesy <3) In this traveling with my girlfriend, during the day I think we would visit all the gratest museum, seen idependent films and visit important places and of course the restora

Change my past?

Imagen
Yeah! at last a happy post or not? Personally I prefer go to the past and see the dinnosaurs, see the first civilizations and empires, go to the golden age of the Partenon in Greece and watch a fight of gladiators in the Colisseum in Rome, see the Ilustration age and the first world wars and all thats stuff, because there are importants and awesome thing in the world history, specially the dinnosaurs. I  think if I go back to the past I will change several thing: -I will change the course of the independence of Chile. -I will kill some importan dudes. -I will punch in the face of my child me and tell him a lot of things to do in the future. -I will buy a lot of stocks of differents companies like Apple, Googgle, Microsoft, Facebook. -Win the Kino and Lotto with my knowledge of the future. - Steal a egg of Tyrannosaur and raise him to be my friend (and together conquer the world). But all we know thats it's imposible because the complex world of the physics th

Another depressing post of a postgraduate studies

Imagen
Another post of this subject? oh c'mon, this is so depressing to me. (sad face) Anyway, in the future I would like to continuing studying after my current career, but something different which complements with what I'm studying now (cinema and T.V.). I would like to study animation in some foreing university, I hope in some university of USA or Europe (U.K. or France), but for monetary issues I think I will study in some part-time course here in Chile. I would like too improve in my skills on illustration to get job drawing concept art and things like that. Whichever the case, the first thing I will do is get a job to cost me the freaking course and learn everything I can, and be part of a animation studio and if everything goes well create a lovely animation short and then a movie and win a lot of awards in festivals and win the second Oscar for Chile in the category of animation and be famous and a role model to all young people and film students. Ok, that last part I t

My utopian job

Imagen
Well this is so sad. I'm studing cinema and television and this is my last year. So I think I would work in some proyects doing camera or direct sound on a TV show or a crappy indie film, (and if that happend to me I kill myself) But at the best-case scenario, the job I would like to have is: 2D and 3D animator in one of the greatest animations studios. I imagine working on Pixar, Cartoon Saloon or Disney or something like that; creating characters and backgrounds, concepts arts and sketches, creating beautifuls pieces of art, telling stories by animations. And in this perfect job I will travel to all over the globe to know differents cultures and studying multiple thing which allow me to create a better animations or story, like Aaron Blaise. About the salary, I don't know very well, I suppose a lot of money like a cool animator. I don'tknow why I'm studying cinema and television 😔 I suppose I will take a course of animation to improve my habilities on

My favorite movie? "Song of the sea"

Imagen
Ok, this is one of the questions you never want to answer in life, because in my case I don´t have one but many. But, ok, I answered anyway. I think one of the  latest movies I liked very much was "Song of the Sea" I'm not so sure. But anyway, "Song of the sea" is an animated movie, created by the same animation studio (Cartoon Saloon) which brought "The book of Kells".  The film tells the story of Ben a boy who lost his mother in the moment to she gave birth to his little sister. With the loss of his mother Ben and Connor (his dad) and the little Saoirse lived for some years in the lighthouse until the arrival of the grandma who brings the children to the city. Ben escapes whith his sister, but while escaping magicals owls kidnap Saoirse.  It is at this time that Ben and Cú, his dog, try to rescue Saoirse from the witch owl. Meeting a lot of characters to help them on their magical journey. I like any kind of movie except gore and horro
